The Anti-Socialites Guide to New York w/ Esso

Everybody knows I'm a sucker for New York shit. The city is iconic every which way you look. You can't get around the fact. What MC Esso is a part of here is pretty incredible just off the fact he's a part of it, if that makes any sense. What I think I mean is, anybody can showcase the awesomeness of New York. It's not exclusive to those with big budgets. It's not exclusive to people of a certain race or creed. It's ours. All of ours. Seeing the brother walk through the streets, the massive New York world swallowing him up, is inspirational to say the least. Here's a guy who, though I'm not familiar with his story, is a struggling artist who uses the landscape as his ever-changing muse. It's remarkable. I can tell you a little bit about the feeling myself but Esso has his own way of describing it, and he deserves to be heard. Give it the time of day and let the city in. Directed by Puma, narrated by Esso.

*Regardless of the original intent this video was made for, Esso has a project out today fittingly called The Anti-Socialite. Pretty slick kid. You can download the project here.
