No matter what you wanna do inside of a forward-thinking media company making moves, it's important you listen to some of the stuff Tosh says. Speaking on his journey into hip-hop journalism, growing up in the culture of hip-hop, the current state of the music, "internet rappers", getting into the writing game, how things of changed over the years etc, the man is a wealth of cool knowledge.
