Shout to Rare Form, Hot Mop Films & everybody else involved here for the legend J Dilla. I had an opportunity to see the guys editing this in the office last week and I knew it'd be a cool thing to check out once complete so do just that if you believe donuts are forever. 

*On a sidenote, I'm sure I've spoke about this before but I'm just in one of those moods right now after seeing this, listening to that Jay Elec interview and just being who I am and having the friends I do. We're all so genuinely immersed in this culture and have such a love of it all. You can be sure we're doing everything in our power to help Hip-Hop progress, be a part of it's going on's and a reason it moves forward and produces the art it should.

Maaaaaaaaaaannn this is doooppppe. I can't front though right now. The interview is great but a couple minutes in they play a track from the Eternal Sunshine mixtape thing Jay put out that I never heard. Hearing people talk about Jay is crazy oh my God. Wow. Do something for an hour or so and please listen. Jay Electronica is for real one of the best we have man.

Say what you want about the man's music, face etc. There is very few guys that work as hard as Ry does. I was blessed to watch first hand many years ago in a beautiful Harlem home studio, Ryan Leslie set up his own camera (way before anyone had a flipcam), make awesome music, edit his own footage etc. etc. The man is a beast. All that and I still might not have posted this right here except it's executed that well. Much respect.

Like I said on Twitter earlier, a good friend and pretty girl I know @thecoolkidlist named Amaya wrote up a review on our latest project. Although I must admit she's a bit bias (a bit, ha!) - her words still rin..... oh yes, yes I agree with her, now go read her words! (In all honesty, the girl is a firecracker of a bitch and I'm sure she'd tell me how the fuck she really felt).

Them boys at Creative Control do it again. Fuck the haters. The song playing sounds very interesting, with a visual to match. Soo good to hear Ski working so hard again.

My, my, my they grow up fast haha. Nah, in all seriousness, fresh from my memories of hanging out with Nina Sky for so many years, comes Natalie's industry besty, Julissa Bermudez, of some B.E.T. fame. I never really exchanged anything with her besides a polite hello at the same dinner party here and there but here, well here she looks like nice dinners have been good to her. Good for her.

Great video right here. It seems Bleek went and got some good artsy guys behind this one. I swear to God you wouldn't believe what some classic artist types could do for an alright rapper with as much legend behind him as Bleek. I mean, all this guys needs is some great art direction, some classic beats, and he'll be sooo good. No bullshit, somebody holla at him and tell him I said take heed. Great video.

You may have already heard about these guys, you may be wondering what the hell this is. Lemme just say right now, I am late to this amazing site. I've heard about it for quite some time now and yet I just got on over the weekend. It is by far the cleanest, most perfect site to host your music on the internets. I normally don't just post a show flick and thats it but I like this one that much. As you ay have heard, Travis Barker and DJ A-Trak have picked up where him and fallen DJ AM left off. I'm still not sure how I feel about it but from what I take, they were all friends and this is what he would have wanted. I'm sure the show is one big tribute.
